1. Location

UTS is based in Ras Al Khaimah, in the northern United Arab Emirates. Our facilities are set up in the heart of the industrial area, adjacent to Saqr Port, and covering an area of 60,000 square meters.

Being adjacent to Saqr Port facilitates the mobilization of manpower and equipment for the execution of major floating construction and repair projects whether off shore or alongside the jetty.

UTS location in the midst of the industrial area also smoothes the progress of any Other on-land job in the vicinity.

We also have support facilities in Dubai and Fujairah and can deploy a full workforce to different areas of the U.A.E. and the Middle East region within a very short period of time.

4. Training

UTS believes that its main asset is its staff. The company ensures that all employees are qualified and well experienced as appropriate, to conduct activities required of them by the company, such requirements are documented in the relevant job description. Any training requirement shall be identified by Management or by specific request by individuals concerned.

5. Diversity UTS can undertake wide range of activities including, but not limited to :

• Steel structure fabrication and renewal for various steel structures in addition to ships, barges, tugs, and other floating objects.
• Grit blasting.
• Airless spraying and conventional painting.
• Assorted types of pipe fabrication and renewal.
• Desludging and chemical cleaning of tanks afloat and ashore.
• Hot and cold, internal and external industrial thermal insulation.
• Refractory linings (bricks, monolithics, gunning mixes) for cement plants, chemical plants, boilers and furnaces and all other types of equipment.
• Fabric Expansion Joints for Turbine exhausts and different hot gas ducts.
• Building insulation including ceilings and removable partitions.
• Acoustical insulation for sound absorption for turbines and generators.
• Roofing and wall cladding including thermal insulation and weatherproofing.
