UTS has got a wide water front adjacent to Saqr Port, which enables uncomplicated construction of vessels and barges.
UTS can undertake complete floating repairs on a turnkey basis including hire of berth, shipping agency etc.
UTS can undertake repairs alongside Raymond Jetty and RAK Port for medium-sized vessels.

UTS successfully completed many industrial shed projects in a professional, economical, and cost effective manner. The turnkey projects consisted of design, civil, fabrication of steel structures, erection, cladding, fixing of accessories and machineries
Erection of machineries
UTS has undertaken erection works including equipments of more than 500T. The well-experienced team makes it easy to erect any piece of machinery. We can carry out civil foundations, necessary steel fabrication, and any other task related to erection.

Pipework
UTS has undertaken piping repairs inside VLCCs of various sizes ranging from ½” to 40” diameter in engine room, pump room, main deck and accommodation. We also undertake copper pipes, stainless steel pipes etc.
We successfully completed many critical pipeline jobs in industrial areas. We take special care to meet the quality with 100% radiography result.
Shutdown jobs
Our shutdown services are very well planned and performed with extreme caution as not to let the speed affect the quality of the job performed.
Activities are outlined and planned and mobilization of all tools and equipment is carried out days prior to the shutdown.
Blasting and painting
UTS has undertaken major blasting projects both in Marine and Industrial sectors. Our specialty includes, but not limited to, painting of chemical tanks maintaining high level of quality.
Tank cleaning
UTS is the leading tank cleaning contractor in terms of quality, as well as issues of health, safety and environment. Our people are well trained in using breathing apparatus, LEL alarm, emergency rescue, various hazards prevention, methods in order to maintain HSE standards. This makes us regular tank cleaners for refineries, gas plants, oil fields etc. We possess all safety equipments like external breathing apparatus, emergency cylinders, emergency compressor, emergency generator, explosion-proof lights, pneumatic lights, pneumatic blowers, mucking winches, explosion-proof accessories.
Scaffolding
UTS well-trained team can erect any type of scaffolding regardless of the site conditions. We have specialists in erecting internal scaffolds inside cyclones and ducts and any other form or shape of scaffolding towers or hanging scaffolding. Our team is outstanding and can undertake any job and meet any deadline maintaining safe and secure working conditions.
Thermal insulation and refractory works
UTS has a staff of highly skilled personnel with years of experience in the thermal insulation and refractory field. They have all worked with different international companies on major projects both in UAE and abroad.
